---|---|---|---|
Heavy Metals(As Pb): | LESS THAN 0.001% | Formula: | Ca3(PO4)2 |
Loss On Ignition(800℃): | LESS THAN 10% | Pb: | LESS THAN 0.0002% |
Preparation
1. It was calcined by calcium superphosphate, then cooled, crushed, and sift to 180 after defluorinated and desulfurized treatment, and had to be fed with calcium phosphate.
2.The sodium phosphate solution reacts with the right amount of calcium chloride in the presence of excessive ammonia, and precipitates insoluble calcium phosphate, which is filtered, washed and dried, and obtained calcium phosphate products.
3.The saturated lime-milk solution and the thermal concentration phosphoric acid reacted with the pH of 8.1.
Stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Stay away from fire and heat. It should be stored separately from acid. The storage area shall be equipped with suitable materials for shelter and leakage.
