Preparation
1. The main method is neutralization. With sorbic acid as raw material, with potassium carbonate or potassium hydroxide.
2. Join sorbic acid in the reaction kettle, then add for sorbic acid 66% of the water quality, drops under 45 ℃ and 49% potassium hydroxide solution, until the reaction liquid Ph = 8, reaction takes about 45 min. Add a certain amount of activated carbon, vacuum suction filter, under 40 ~ 45 ℃ to filtrate vacuum evaporation has met the requirement of the 3 ~ 4 h temperature to 70 ℃ after feeding. After centrifugation dehydration crystallization, mother liquor recovery; The final product drying under 105 ℃.
It is mainly used as a food preservative, which is an acid preservative and the antiseptic effect of organic acid is improved.
